How to solve your dinner dilemma? I must confess, dinner time for me used to be a huge pain point. I’m embarrassed to say that I became rather unpleasant (Mom-asoraus) between the hours of 4 – 6 most days.
The kids would be getting home from school, all chatting, demanding my attention. I too would have just gotten home (I was a teacher then as well) was trying to figure out what was for dinner if I didn’t plan (which was more than likely back then), if we were going to go out to eat, order delivery, etc. Sometimes I would forget to thaw meat and then we would have to punt as well.
Needless to say, I was stressed! I felt like I was being pulled into multiple different directions which is never good.
Then I came upon Epicure and everything changed! I will admit, it wasn’t as bad since I was already working from home, but it was still a pain point for me! I hope that I can help with solving your dinner dilemma!
How to Solve Your Dinner Dilemma?
I have found 7 different pain points over the years and will just touch on each of them here. I will be going into further details with each dilemma with its own post so I can share more examples and tips.

#1 Too Busy – Need Fast & Easy
Do you work long hours or a wonky schedule? Maybe your kids have a lot of activities, or you yourself have a lot of commitments.
The majority of Epicure’s meals take only 20 minutes to make. That’s raw to ready in 20 minutes! That’s faster than take-out and drive through AND it’s healthy!
#2 Empty Refridgerator – Need Meal Planning
Does your fridge look a little on the stark side? Are you stopping at the store every day after work and grabbing random stuff so the items in your fridge don’t really help make a meal?
Epicure has several meal plans that include grocery lists that you might find helpful. I also have a great blog post on meal planning that you can check out too. You can also contact me and I can help you create something that works for your family.
#3 Too Many Mouths to Feed – Need Family Friendly
Do you have a large family? Or some big eaters, those pesky teen agers can definitely put away some food!
Many of Epicure’s products can be stretched by adding extra protein and veggies and still using one Meal Solution!
#4 Culinary Challenged – Need Easy & Tasty
Is cooking not your thing? I hear you! I have always enjoyed aspects of cooking, but not like I do know and I had to learn a lot along the way.
Epicure has many easy meals that taste great! There’s no way the company would have been able to continue for over 20 years if their products tasted bad.

#5 Meal Rut – Need More Ideas
I don’t know about you, but I hate eating the same thing all the time. I need variety, like a lot! We may eat tacos every month, even twice a month but that’s more for my kids and husband than for me.
I love the variety that Epicure has to offer. I’m never bored and each recipe (or meal solution) can be made multiple different ways so it adds even more variety.
#6 Food Allergies/Restrictions – Need Allergen Friendly
Do you have some food allergies or food restrictions that you need to work around? I hear you, loud and clear!!!!
My daughter is Celiac, so trust me, I totally get it. Guess what, Epicure is definitely the most allergen-friendly company that I have found! They even make vegan and vegetarian suggestions on their Meal Solutions.
#7 Unmotivated – Need Simple & Planned Out
Some times we just need a little help because life is taking too much out of us at times and we just don’t have anything left in the tank for meal planning but still need to eat.
I have been here on occasion, especially when my anxiety has flared. Epicure is great because they have meal plans, their meals take only 20 minutes, and their meal plans come with grocery lists!
