First off, you might be wondering what constitutes an Epicure meal solution. Epicure Meal Solutions are seasoning packets that help you serve up a healthy, tasty meal super fast! There are flavor options from all over the world, so I am sure you will find one that will become your favorite as well!
My 5 Favorite Epicure Meal Solutions
It was really difficult to narrow down my top 5, but I did my best. I based my decision on taste, how well the family liked it, and the ease of making it.
Epicure Beef Stroganoff
First in line would be Beef Stroganoff. This meal solution was a total game-changer for me and my family. It had always been a family favorite (minus the mushrooms since the boys in the house are mushroom haters, unfortunately) but it always took longer to make than I had time for. Basically, it fell into the “fussy” category so I rarely made it. I love that I can use ground meat (I’m too lazy to cut strips, lol) and that instead of sour cream I can substitute greek yogurt (something I always have on hand).
Epicure Pad Thai
Second up, Pad Thai. I hate to admit it, but I had never made Pad Thai prior to Epicure and I am a fairly adventurous cook. It also wasn’t something that I had ever eaten much like I couldn’t even remember that last (or possibly only) time I had eaten Pad Thai. I thought I would give it a try since I had heard rave reviews and they did not disappoint! Not only did I love it (and seriously, if Mom’s happy, then shouldn’t everyone be happy?!?!?), but the family did too. Even my uber picky teenage son (I think he truly believes that vegetables are poisonous) liked it, minus the bean sprouts – I can’t have everything, lol. I will say that I do tweak the veggies depending on what I have on hand and wanting the male child to actually eat them, lol.
Epicure Mac & Cheese
Thirdly is the Mac & Cheese!!! It was the first Epicure meal solution that we tried and my daughter pretty much hoovered the whole thing, lol. She is our Celiac which means that finding gluten-free mac & cheese that actually tastes good is no small task. One of the many things I love about Epicure’s Mac & Cheese is that not only does it taste amazing on its own, but you can tweak it a bit and make it a “one-pot meal” by adding your favorite protein and veggies. My favorites are chicken and broccoli. I also add a few different Epicure spices and some added cheese and voila, super tasty baked mac & cheese meal!!!
Epicure Pulled Pork and Chicken
Finally, numbers four and five, Epicure’s Pulled Pork and Chicken. Yes, this is a two-for, lol. I love them both and even though they are similar, their flavors are different. I lumped them together because I couldn’t really choose between them and I love them for the same reasons. Primarily, it is a dump and go meal. Meaning I can make it in my slow-cooker. I also love that you get a bunch of meals from one package. The recipes both call for three pounds of meat to be cooked. We end up getting two, sometimes three meals. You can use the Pulled Pork or Chicken to make sandwiches, pizza, subs, loaded baked potatoes, salad, and much, much more.
Which will you choose?
Ultimately there are a lot of yummy options. Which one do you want to try first?
