Why Mac & Cheese 6 Ways you may be wondering??? Well, the fall (almost winter) is upon us and nothing screams comfort food better than good old Mac & Cheese!!!
Or maybe you are just tired of your normal go-to Mac & Cheese and want to try something new! Either way, I have good news for you!! I have compiled a list of 6 awesome Epicure recipes for you.
Do you know what’s better than Mac & Cheese 6 Ways???? Epicure will donate a meal to a family in need EVERY time you buy Epicure’s Mac & Cheese Meal Solution!!!
In May 2020, Epicure started donating a meal to someone in need for every Epicure Mac & Cheese purchase????!!! That’s right, this is definitely the time “add to cart” is completely acceptable and even encouraged!!!!!
If you decide to take part in this awesome opportunity to help those in need, I wanted you to have some awesome recipes on hand so you won’t get bored with all that Mac & Cheese goodness (not that you would though)!!!
Mac & Cheese 6 Ways – Chili Mac
Don’t you love a one-pot meal? I know I do!! I mean, I’m all about less clean up after dinner, seriously, lol. Epicure’s Chili Mac & Cheese really hit’s the “comfort” food spot by combining two of their epic Meal Solutions into this meal. Bonus, it’s a one-pot meal!!! This a great option for a Meatless Monday meal too. However, if you are a die-hard carnivore, add some cooked ground beef to this to make it even heartier!
Mac & Cheese 6 Ways – Mini Turkey Mac
Do you have leftover turkey needing to be used? This looks amazing and it’s a great way to use your leftovers!! I personally wouldn’t make them as minis (I am not a patient cook, lol), instead, I would make a big batch to feed the whole family!!!
I always have leftover turkey (by design), it’s the one thing I make a huge abundance of when I roast it. I normally only feed 4 people for Thanksgiving and I generally roast a 24lb turkey, LOL.
Mac & Cheese 6 Ways – Mac & Cheese with Trees
Do you struggle to get your kids to eat their veggies? This might be the perfect way to combat that! When my kids were little (they are 17 & 15 now), they were great about eating their veggies. Now, the 17 year old would prefer never to eat them, lol. Kids are weird, lol.
I love how easy (something important to all moms!) and fast this is to whip up. Also, if broccoli is not in your kids repertoire, sub their favorite veggie and come up with a cute name for it (sometimes a cute name helps, lol).
But what if you have a kit who runs at the site of a veggie??? Maybe try adding puréed veggies into the Mac & Cheese and mixing it all together.
Mac & Cheese 6 Ways – Stuffed Pepper Mac & Cheese
Do you like stuffed peppers? Well this recipe takes stuffed peppers to a whole new level!! I personally would have never thought to combine stuffed peppers with Mac & Cheese, but it totally works!!
You can even make this vegan by omitting the ground beef with ground soy or or lentils!
Mac & Cheese 6 Ways –Sundried Tomato Mac & Cheese
Fancy meets comfort, what a perfect meeting! If you are in the mood for Mac & Cheese but maybe it’s date night so you are looking for something a little “extra”, then try Epicure’s Sun-dried Tomato Mac & Cheese!
Mac & Cheese 6 Ways –Tuna Mac & Cheese
This is so much better than tuna noodle casserole, just saying, lol! I love all the layers of flavors and if tuna isn’t your thing you can totally substitute cooked chicken or turkey for the tuna!
