It’s never too early to start planning for your holiday feast! At Hogwarts, it seems like there is always some kind of holiday feast going on, or maybe it’s just a feast – either way, they definitely eat well at Hogwarts!
I have created quite the menu for you that I think even the Hogwarts House Elves would approve! You will have multiple options of starters, main dishes, desserts, and drinks to choose from – just like a Hogwarts holiday feast!!!

Holiday Feast – Starters
One of your first-course options is Kreacher’s French Onion Soup. I love a good French onion soup and I know Kreacher’s won’t disappoint!
I also love that Kreacher made this recipe health conscious so you can enjoy without the guilt!!

Your second starter option was recommended by Professor Sprout, she was worried that our feast needed some color and veggies of course!
Professor Sprout recommended the Giant Grilled Veggie Caesar salad, and it had to be Giant of course – plenty for every witch or wizard at your table! If Caesar dressing is not your thing, don’t let the title fool you – you can totally swap that out for a Balsamic Vinaigrette, Ranch, Greek Dressing, or whatever your hearts desire!

Holiday Feast – Drinks
You have several drink options as well to help wash down the delectable morales you will be eating! If you are of age, you should check out 10 Magical & Delicious Potions (there are also some non-alcoholic options as well).
On the Holiday Feast menu are Mango Lassi, Summer Berry Lemonade, Hot Chocolate, Pumpkin Juice, and Butterbeer.
Mango Lassi is a refreshing Indian drink that is similar to a smoothie that can be made dairy free if you like.
Summer Berry Lemonade is like drinking in summer so if your holiday feast is during the fall or winter and you are missing summer, drink some Summer Berry Lemonade! You can get the recipe at 10 Magical & Delicious Potions.

Hot Chocolate is perfect at any time of the year, really because – chocolate!!! Choose our favorite hot chocolate and top it with whipped Fudge or Caramel Sauce and then add some Cocoa Crunch sprinkles. Who doesn’t love sprinkles?!?!
All Hogwarts holiday feasts must have Pumpkin Juice. I found this easy recipe for you to try. The only think I would add is to top it with whipped Caramel Sauce and sprinkle some cinnamon on top, then I think it would be holiday feast worthy!!!
Last, but not least is Butterbeer!! I have only ever had Butterbeer as a “slushy” type of drink but I do know that there was a hot and iced option. The recipe I found was for a cold drink and it seems rather easy to make. I would “clean” it up by topping it with whipped Caramel Sauce instead of what is recommended and possibly add some of the powdered Caramel Sauce in lieu of the Carmel extract.

Holiday Feast – Main Dishes
Now we get to get to the “meat and potatoes” of this holiday feast! These were just a few options I thought might go well together and what reminded me of a Hogwarts Holiday Feast!
Shepherds Pie is definitely something I have seen a few times on the Hogwarts tables and I know there are many varieties out there. Growing up, my mom made it with cream of mushroom soup, green beans, and ground beef. This would be cooked and mixed together and then put on top of the mashed p0tatoes and finished off in the oven.
You can also make Shepherds Pie vegan if you like, which is one of the reasons I chose this dish, it is so versatile!!!
Bangers and Mash is something I know I have seen Ron Weasley eating at least once! Actually, isn’t he always eating, lol. This dish is all about the sausages and mashed potatoes!!! All you need to do is choose your favorite sausage and make Epicure’s Herb & Garlic Mashed Potatoes and you will have the perfect Bangers and Mash!! What I love about this mashed potato recipe is that it is made entirely in the microwave! Clears up some much-needed stovetop space and isn’t heating up your kitchen!!
Lastly, House Cup Chicken!!! Whether you are celebrating the End of Year, House Quidditch Cup Champions, or any other celebration, it just wouldn’t be complete without House Cup Chicken!
This magical chicken dish is cooked completely in your microwave, {gasp}!!! It uses one of my all-time favorite “cauldrons”, Epicure’s Multipurpose Steamer! The Multipurpose Steamer is great for making one-pot dishes, brownies in like 3 minutes, popcorn, rice, etc!!

Holiday Feast – Desserts
No Holiday Fest, Hogwarts or otherwise, would be complete without some sweet treats to finish off the feast. Here is really where you can adjust these for any time of year just by adding some edible holiday themed decorations to the desserts.
Double Chocolate “Cauldron” Cakes with Fudge whipped icing (or nix the whipped Fudge Sauce and turn them into molten lava cakes!). These can be made in just minutes in your microwave and are magically delicious!
Your next holiday feast dessert option is a Knickerbocker Glory. I had to look this one up and it is similar to fudge sundae. You can totally go wild with this and even make a “healthier” option by using Nice Cream (make any flavor you like) and then layering in Fudge or Caramel Sauce (or both). Choose your favorite Whole Food Topper and bam! you have a tasty (and yet healthy) Knickerbocker Glory!!
Honeydukes Fudgy Brownie Tiramisu is the perfect final addition to the holiday feast dessert list. Layers of fudgy brownie, chocolate pudding and topped with Cocoa Crunch!!! This is the epitome of chocolate love!!!!
