If you love Epicure, you should check out this Epic Epicure Holiday Menu! I know the holidays may be a ways away, but it is never too early to start planning! Whether you are planning a menu for your immediate family or for a large crowd, you can easily adapt this menu for the number in your party.
I included a lot of options so you could have some easy options, or if you are feeling adventurous, make them all!

Epic Epicure Holiday Menu – Drinks
First up on our drink menu is tea! Epicure has many teas to choose from and the majority of them are naturally decaffeinated. You can also make some amazing adult beverages with Epicure’s teas if you are interested.
If you love to have coffee after your meal, why not be a little extra and have Italian Whipped Coffee using Epicures Vanilla Bean Pana Cotta? The great thing about this is that it serves 6, so if you are cooking for a small crowd, there is enough for everyone!

For those who may like to partake in adult beverages, I haven’t forgotten about you! When I think of fall, I think of apples and I found this amazing Apple Pie Sangria. I don’t know about you, but I love a good sangria! The one thing I would add to make this a more festive is rim the glass with Epicure’s Apple Pie Spice.
For our last drink, I came across a recipe for a Salted Carmel White Russian which I thought would be perfect for an after-dinner drink! For the 1 tablespoon of Carmel Sauce, I would opt for Epicure’s Carmel Sauce. You could also whip half of the Carmel Sauce batch and top the Salted Carmel White Russian with whipped Carmel Sauce! Definitely more festive!!
Epic Epicure Holiday Menu – Appetizers
Whether you are feeding a crowd or your significant other, a good appetizer is always nice to have! The hubs and I have been known to feast on just appetizers when the kids aren’t around, lol.
Hot Spinach Dip is one of those you either love or hate. I personally love it, and if you also love artichokes, feel free to add those too! Serve with your favorite crackers, Baguette bread, or veggies!
Roasted Olives with lemon, herb and garlic. This dish is super easy and packs a ton of flavor! I would use Epicure’s Herb & Garlic for the seasoning instead of what’s listed. I would also omit the fennel because I personally dislike fennel, but if you love it – go for it!

Extraordinary Cheese Dip would be another hit for your epic Epicure holiday menu! As with the hot spinach dip, you could serve this with crackers, Baguette bread, or veggies.
This last recipe is a bit more formal than the others, but I thought I would still add it because it sounds freaking amazing! Butternut Squash Soup with Bacon! You could also sub the butternut squash for pumpkin if you wanted to. To Epicureize it (yep, that’s a thing!), I would use Epicure’s Chicken Broth powder, Better Than Bacon (makes it a bit healthier and easier cleanup!), Herbed Garlic Salt, and Black Pepper.
Epic Epicure Holiday Menu – Sides
It wouldn’t be a holiday feast if there weren’t Herb & Garlic Mashed Potatoes!!! Granted, you can season your mashed potatoes any way you want, but who doesn’t love garlic????
Another tried and true holiday dish is Holiday Roasted Vegetables! What I love about this dish is that it is super easy to tailor to your favorite vegetables. Do all root veggies, or throw in some fresh green beans, asparagus, and/or broccoli. It also makes a very colorful side dish.
You will also (probably) want stuffing, I know we love stuffing and this Sage and Apple Stuffing will remind you of fall with every bite! You can easily make this vegan if you like as well. Or, if you are like me, I would add sausage to mine as we love some sausage stuffing in this house!

Finally, I felt we needed another veggie option. Another easy dish that is great at holiday meals is Broccoli Salad. This is a basic recipe that I would tweak using Epicure products. I would use Epicure’s Creamy Potato Salad Dressing (make per directions on the jar) instead of the regular sauce. I would also add Epicure’s Better Than Bacon, omit the raisins, sugar, and seeds. I would probably add extra sharp cheddar cheese (this Wisconsin girl loves her cheese!!) diced as well. These few modifications make this broccoli salad Epic!!! It also cleans it up quite a bit, I mean there was a lot of sugar in that recipe!!!
Epic Epicure Holiday Menu – Main Dishes
I tried to find options for everyones taste buds, cooking ability, preferences. I hope you will find these suggestions helpful and mouth watering.
This first dish could easily be a side dish as well, but because it has turkey, I opted for it to be one of the main dishes. First up, Turkey Mac & Cheese. This dish gives me all the feels of fall and the holidays. It would also be a great way to use your leftovers, so if it doesn’t make it as main for your holiday menu, then store it for after the holidays and use up those turkey leftovers.

Roast Chicken! I know must of us think of roasting turkey during the holidays, but don’t forget about roast chicken. It might be easier to obtain and if you don’t need to feed a huge crowd, it’s quicker to make. You can either roast your chicken in the oven, possibly taking up premium oven space OR “roast” your chicken in your microwave – yep, you read that right!!! Save yourself some time and oven space!!
Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff Pot Roast. I got the inspiration for this based on one of Epicure’s other recipes. Again, this recipe frees up oven space, is super easy, and let’s face it – Epicure’s Beef Stroganoff is amazing! Use the linked recipe as a guide for volume and cooking times and swap out or omit the veggies. I would set your Instant Pot to sere and sere the roast. Then combine the seasoning as directed with water and pour over the roast. Set the instant pot according to the linked recipe. Once done, add the Greek yogurt or sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Serve over your favorite noodles.
For your vegan friends and family, I thought Epicure’s Vegan Lentil Shepherds Pie would be perfect. Nothing says comfort food like a good Shepherds Pie!!! You could make ahead of time and heat it up before serving. You could also swap out the mashed potatoes for mashed cauliflower or mashed sweet potatoes.
Finally, this dish kind of combines some of the sides and a main all in one if you are cooking for a smaller crowd. Try this Sheet Pan Chicken Dinner and season it with Epicure’s Rosemary Garlic. I love sheet pan dinners for the ease of them. All you have to do is grab your favorite seasonings, set the oven (and a timer) and you are good to go! Plus, if you use one of Epicure’s Bake and Roll sheets, clean up is a breeze!
Epic Epicure Holiday Menu – Dessert
I know, you only stuck around this long for the dessert, lol. I don’t blame you. I’m a huge dessert fan as well, it’s why I go to the gym so much, lol.
If you like cookies, this Sugar and Spice Cookie recipe screams fall with the spices used. Plus, you can easily make them festive for you holiday menu by choosing holiday themed cookie cutters.
I came across this Gingerbread Shortbread recipe and can’t wait to make it! I would also top it with whipped Caramel Sauce, because why not, lol.

I think you could also make Pumpkin “Nice” Cream to serve with the Sugar and Spice cookies or the Gingerbread Shortbread! I mean, why not have more than one dessert, it is, after all, a holiday!!! In order to make Pumpkin Nice Cream, you can tweak this recipe as follows: you can absolutely use chocolate if you want a chocolate pumpkin flavor, but if you don’t, omit it. Also, omit the berries. I would add 1/2c to a 1c of puréed pumpkin to the 3 frozen bananas along with 1/2tsp of pumpkin pie spice. Blend this in a food processor or blender. Depending on consistency, pop back in the freezer until it’s similar to regular ice cream, or serve immediately. I personally would make it ahead of time so you don’t have to fuss with it at the time of your holiday meal.
