If you love Asian food then you will want to check out these 6 Easy Asian Cuisine dishes. I have lived all over the US and love to try new restaurants. One of the unfortunate things about moving every 3-4 years is that I also have to leave those new awesome restaurants and then have to learn how to re-create those yummy dishes at home!
I love that Epicure really embraces classic Asian flavors like garlic, ginger, and sesame when they are creating their Asian themed Meal Solutions.
6 Easy Asian Recipes
I love Asian food (really I just love all food, lol) and I think my son could eat is weight in sticky rice if challenged, lol. I love having at least one Asian themed meal each week, and sometimes like this week, we do more than once a week, lol. I love Asian takeout too, but it’s hard to find Celiac safe places (my daughter is a Celiac so we are living the gluten-free life), so I have had to get creative and try an re-create a lot of dishes I once would go out to eat for.
One of the things that makes these recipes easy is that I get a little help from Epicure. What I love about Epicure is that they have so many different international flavors so you never get bored with what you are eating! I mean who wants to eat the same stuff all the time!
Crispy Crunchy Lettuce Wraps
First up is Crispy Crunchy Lettuce Wraps. Do you ever order lettuce wraps as an appetizer or for a meal when you are out? If so, you will definitely want to try Epicure’s Crispy Crunchy Lettuce Wraps.
They have have notes of garlic, ginger, and a bit of heat (don’t worry if spicy is not your thing, it is a mild heat). If you love spicy like I do, make some of Epicure’s Chipotle Aioli to top your lettuce wrap with – trust me, you won’t regret it!
Beef & Broccoli
Before Epicure, I had tried to make Beef & Broccoli a couple of times but it was never as good as takeout, there just always seemed to be something missing. Then Epicure created their own version of Beef & Broccoli and of course I had to try it, lol.
The first time I made it, I’m not going to lie, it wasn’t my favorite – BUT I didn’t follow the directions correctly so since I had another packet I tried it again and this time I followed the directions and it was super tasty!! Guess what, there is a reason why they say to let the seasoning mix sit and let the flavors incorporate before you add it to the meat, lol.
Next up on our easy Asian cuisine trip is Epicure’s General Tao. This is not to be confused with General Tso – they are different with different spices. Both are fantastic, but some people don’t realize Epicure’s is General Tao.
Epicure’s General Tao is great as is, but I really love it in this Instant Pot General Tao Pot Roast recipe. I actually prefer the seasoning mix with beef instead of chicken, but you can truly choose your preferred protein and I’m sure you will love it!
Sweet & Sour Stir Fry
Ok, if we are going to talk about easy Asian cuisine, we really need to talk about some stir fries, right?!?! Epicure’s Sweet & Sour Stir Fry get’s its sweetness from pineapple and tanginess from vinegar. Now if you dislike pineapple or can’t have it, don’t fret – many people have either just omitted it all together or subbed peaches (check out this recipe – Summer Tofu Stir-Fry). I even think orange segments might work as well if you like citrus.
Little known fact, Epicure’s Meal Solutions can do double duty in a variety of recipes other than what’s on the package. I know this recipe isn’t Asian themed, but you can totally use Epicure’s Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Seasoning to make an awesome Microwave Chicken ‘n Shrimp Jambalaya!
Asian Beef & Pineapple Kebabs
I know we are soon to be in grilling season, woohoo!! With that being said, we need some easy Asian cuisine we can grill too, especially if the weather is nice! This easy Asian Beef & Pineapple Kebab recipe comes together in just 20 minutes so you can enjoy that summer weather without slaving over the grill for hours!
The key product in this recipe is Epicure’s Asian Stir Fry Seasoning, a jar spice with flavors of sesame, garlic, onion, and a hint of citrus! It is really very versatile! It’s great addition to marinades, dressings, and sauces.
Sheet Pan Easy Asian Meatballs
The last recipe I want to mention on our easy Asian cuisine trip is Epicure’s Sheet Pan Easy Asian Meatballs. This recipe is great for entertaining since you can totally make them ahead of time and freeze them until you need them. It does take a bit longer to come together, but that is due to using the oven to cook them.
You could totally have these on their own with a nice Asian salad, or throw on some rice noodles, which ever you prefer.
