Are you looking for allergen friendly meal ideas? Do you need gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, or soy-free? Then look no further!! Epicure has many allergen friendly meal ideas for you to chose from!
Good Food Options
Epicure’s mission is to put good food, made with real ingredients, on everyone’s table – because we all deserve to eat better and live healthy lives.
Epicure’s products are triple-tested to ensure they are 100% gluten-free, and as a Mom of a Celiac, this is hugely important to me! Epicure also is a peanut-free facility!!! I know peanut allergies can be extremely dangerous for those with this allergy so rest assured that Epicure’s products are safe for you and your family.
Epicure also has several options that are dairy-free and soy-free as well! On top of all that, over 85% of their products are Non-GMO Project Verified and the list is still growing!!!!!
Check out their Never Ever List! It’s rather extensive and they never compromise!

Allergen Friendly Meal Ideas: Gluten-Free
As you have read above, everything that Epicure offers is gluten-free, woohoo!!! That is what initially drew me to Epicure. Our daughter is a Celiac. It was extremely difficult switching out house to gluten-free and I wish we would have had access to Epicure from the beginning because it was extremely difficult in the beginning.
Since everything is gluten-free, you can easily choose anything to try! How many times have you been able to actually choose ANYTHING?!?!?! When my daughter first realized she could pick anything to try in Epicure’s catalog, she was so excited!!! Best. Day. Ever!

Allergen Friendly Meal Ideas: Nut-Free
Epicure’s facilities are peanut-free so if you allergic to peanuts, you don’t have to worry about cross-contamination. Also, the only nut that Epicure ever uses is coconut, which I know some people are allergic to so if you are one of those people, let your Epicure Independent Consultant know and they can get you a detailed list of ingredients.
Some Epicure recipes do call for peanut butter; however, you can easily swap that out for a non-nut butter if you are allergic.

Allergen Friendly Meal Ideas: Dairy-Free
If you can’t tolerate dairy, don’t worry, over 80% of Epicure’s products are dairy-free! Again, some Epicure recipes call for the use of dairy; however, you can always use an alternate dairy-free option instead.
Now you might be wondering about all of Epicure’s Dip Mixes, yes, they all call for Greek Yogurt/Sour Cream and Mayo, but like I said you can always use a non-dairy alternative. The best part, Epicure’s Dip Mixes work great as seasonings for your favorite protein and veggies!
The other added benefit of so many dairy-free options is if you are vegan, Epicure has many options for you! In fact, I recently made Epicure’s Pad Thai Meal Solution vegan for one of our friends who is vegan, it tasted amazing!

Allergen Friendly Meal Ideas: Soy-Free
There are a few Epicure products that contain soy, but as I said, just a few. If you are allergic or sensitive to soy, make sure to ask your Epicure Independent Consultant for a detailed product list to make sure.
Allergen Friendly Meal Ideas – Wrap Up
I truly know how difficult it can be to have food restrictions. As I said earlier, when our daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease four years ago we were extremely overwhelmed. We overhauled our kitchen and made all the necessary changes, but it would have been nice to know that there were go-to options that were safe for our daughter.
I also know that nut allergies are vary dangerous and that reading all the labels all the time is daunting and can be frustrating.
That’s why Epicure is so amazing! Not only do they want to provide clean, wholesome ingredients, they want their food to be accessible to as many people as possible.
