Do you struggle with after dinner clean up due to no House Elf? If you answered yes, then you will want to check out these 5 easy cauldron meals!!
I don’t know about you, but I hate dealing with the after dinner clean up. If prefer to have as few pots, pans, or cauldrons to deal with as humanly possible! Man I wish I had a House Elf!!
Before we get too involved in the recipes, I should probably tell you about the cauldron and how you can get one of your very own. I know that Harry might not have wanted this cauldron instead of that solid gold one he first saw while shopping for his Hogwarts supplies, but I know everyone who has one absolutely loves theres!

The Cauldron – otherwise known as Epicure’s Multipurpose Steamer is truly is a magical device. It helps you get dinner on the table in 20 minutes or less, it’s easy to clean up, and you can use it in your microwave or oven!
You will see how diverse this cauldron is based on a variety of one-pot meals that will be shown below.
5 Easy Cauldron Meals – Powered Up Breakfast Crumble

Summer is here and the fruit is ripe so one of my favorite cauldron meals right now is Epicure’s Powered Up Breakfast Crumble. This is truly the best with fresh-picked berries or berries you know are ripe and naturally sweet. You can also use frozen fruit, but unless the fruit was picked at its peak it won’t be as tasty.
If you like chocolate, you can substitute the vanilla protein powder for the chocolate and create berry chocolate crumble!
5 Easy Cauldron Meals – Easy Mexican Frittata

We recently took a mini-vacation and rented an Airbnb. Since we drove there, I packed my cauldron to make my life easier (the jobs of cooking for a Celiac, you bring cookware wherever you go, lol). I made the Easy Mexican Frittata and it was a huge hit!
Not only is it super easy to make, it takes just minutes to make and has no crust! I forgot to mention the best part, it was super easy to clean up afterwards! The cauldron can be put into the dishwasher!!
5 Easy Cauldron Meals – “Roast” Tuscan Chicken

I recently “roasted” a whole chicken (approximately 3lbs) in my cauldron! How magical is that!!
You can choose whatever seasoning you are in the mood for and follow the recipe for “Roast” Tuscan Chicken for time and quantity of seasonings.
What I love about this recipe is that you are not heating up your house with the oven on. Don’t get me wrong, I love the smell of roast chicken, but I do not love the oven running for an hour when it’s over 100 degrees outside (Vegas girl here so it’s freaking hot right now). Also, the clean up is a cinch because I can put the Multipurpose Steamer in the dishwasher if I want.
You might be wondering – but what about crispy skin? Epicure has you covered there, you still get crispy skin when “roasting” in the microwave. Who knew!?!?
5 Easy Cauldron Meals – Easy Souvlaki

I have always loved Greek food; however, until Epicure I never cooked Greek food. Easy Souvlaki was one of the first dishes I made in my cauldron and it was so tasty! It only takes about 15 minutes to make from start to finish and the majority of that time is cutting the meat and produce.
5 Easy Cauldron Meals – Chicken Mac & Cheese

Ok, Epicure’s recipe is actually called Tuna Mac & Cheese, which I have tried and liked, but the family prefers it with chicken so that is what I make normally. You can literally make this entire meal in the Multipurpose Steamer! Yep, you totally can cook pasta in the steamer! I only recently tried it because I was leery because I use gluten-free pasta and it can get wonky rather quickly but it turns out fine.
I love that you can finish this dish off in the oven to get that baked Mac & Cheese taste without having to have the oven on the whole time.
**I will note that not all microwaves are the same. Yours may cook faster or slower than recommended so be sure to check often until you get a feel for how quickly your microwave will cook.
5 Easy Cauldron Meals – Raw to Ready in 20 Cookbook

I have shared my top 5 Easy Cauldron Meals with you, but there are so many more that I enjoy as well. Epicure recently released this new cookbook and I am absolutely in love! If you enjoy easy cleanup, meals that are ready in minutes, and meals that taste amazing then you need to order Raw to Ready in 20 Cookbook.
